Description of Work-
MIDC intends to develop Special Economic Zone for Engineering sector including Master Planning, detailed designing and submission of project report. Preparation of Detailed Engineering Design, Drawing, Estimate etc. of Roads, Power Supply Network, Water Supply Distribution Network, Sewerage System, Surface Drawing, Solid Waste Disposal, Fire Protection, Telecommunication Network, Landscape Plan etc.
- MIDC has earmarked area of 111.12 Ha which was surveyed by Total Station & GPS for validation and demarcated
- To prepare master plan includes road planning, plot size, proposed use of plot, open plots for common facility centre Suncon has conducted market survey, transportation study of around the area, followed norms mentioned as per town planning act, MIDC, DC rule.
2a) Detailed Soil Investigation includes trial bores, trial pits, field test, laboratory tests with Recommendation report.
- According to IRC, CPHEEO Manual road networking, water supply scheme, sewerage scheme, electricity networking have been planned and designed.
- Detailed cost estimate including processing area and non-processing area, road, culvert, common facility centre.
