Description of Work-

Description of Actual Services Provided by your Staff: Detailed Project Report:-

• Study of Existing Condition of Roads.
• Study of Existing Condition of C.D. Works.
• Carry out the detail survey of all internal roads in LMC.
• The traffic study has been carried out at four locations.
• Ward wise Population Projection & Density Calculation for year 2001, 2009, 2025 & 2040.
• Taking photographs of existing conditions of roads & CD works & ROB’s.
• Preparation of Trial Pit Results for calculation of crust details.
• Identification of problems & need for Proposed road.
• Further project is divided into eight categories as below.

1. 1. Existing Asphalt to Proposed Concrete Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50 m- Having total Length of 42.80 km

1. 2. Proposed Concrete Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50 m- Having total Length of 13.26 km

1. 3. WBM to Proposed Asphalt road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50 m- Having total Length of 2.20 km

1. 4. Existing WBM to Proposed Concrete Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50m Having total Length of 5.20 km

1. 5. Existing Cart track to proposed Concrete Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50m Having total Length of 2.80 km
   6. Existing cart track to proposed asphalt road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50m Having total Length of 0.250 km
   7. Proposed Asphalt Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50m Having total Length of 0.440 km
   8. Existing Asphalt to Asphalt treatment Road having Avg. Width varies from 3.75m to 10.50m Having total Length of 7.50 km

    • Estimates including land acquisition are carried out for roads.
    • Design & Estimates of Proposed CD works are carried out.
    • Design & Estimates of Proposed ROB’s are carried out.
    • Financial pattern of the scheme is formulated.
    • Total Annual Burden, Operation & Maintenance cost of the project is studied.
