Observations related to revised designs & cost estimated :

With the award of work & study of tender document, we ask clients for any previous work, designs or cost estimation, if done, or any data available with them, so that it can also be studied as an aspect before starting the project. Detailed observations are made related to revised design, data & any cost estimation done before. This comes very helpful for the further work & any projections need to be made for the project

Detail Study of Tender Document :

For the successful execution of the project, at first, the Tender Document/ RfQ belonging to the work is read thoroughly for better understanding & to check for any missing points (if any). On the basis of the study, observations are pointed out in relation to the revised drawings, designs & cost estimations done for the construction of the project.

Quality control & quality checking :

Qualitative control on the project progress with regular and timed quality checking on the work leads for the timely and desired completion of the project. Along with that, it is the duty of the project management consultants (Suncon Engineers) for the preparation of running bills along with the project.

Lineout survey :

On the basis if these observations, layout/ lineout survey is carried out. Correct lineout survey setting procedures are important and basic requirement of starting any project successfully.

Application of contract document :

Simultaneously, proper and necessary contract document are made and applied over the stakeholders responsible for the successful execution of the project.

Preparation of final bill :

Preparation of drawings as billed :
